📈 Stocks continued their upward trend for the fourth consecutive day following a slight decrease in inflation, as indicated by the consumer price index for November.
The S&P 500 reached 4630, marking a new peak for the year during intraday trading.
Oil prices dropped to their lowest in five months, while bond yields saw varied movements. The yield on the 10-year Treasury note decreased to approximately 4.2%.
Highlighting significant stock movements of the day, Oracle's stock dropped by 12% in response to an earnings report that fell short of expectations. Additionally, Alphabet's shares experienced a decline after Google was defeated in an antitrust lawsuit brought by Epic Games.
